The final plan encompasses the area bordered by North Street, South Street, Lewis Bay Road and the rotary connecting Main Street with West Main Street. It includes concepts for Main Street, key intersections including "Six Points," a proposed bicycle network, and circulation changes throughout downtown Hyannis. The study is informed by previous planning efforts, and benefits from the input of town staff, local residents and stakeholders, according to proponents.
